Industrial Stove, circa 1781



Coil products

              Measure your stove both on the inside, and the outside. You'll want to mount the coil inside the stove, as near to the top as possible, where the firebox is hottest. The coil's two "nipples" will extend out of the stove wall, usually vertically (one above the other), or horizontally (side by side). A large stove, with a lower temperature firebox, can take advantage of the greater surface area of our "twin loop" coils (below). Our "single loop" coils accomodate the higher temp firebox of a small stove.

              ALL COIL PACKAGES include a Stainless Steel Hot Water Loop, mounting hardware, gaskets, Instructions, and certificate of Lifetime Warranty.

              THE HOLESAW, and the temperature/pressure Relief Valve, are optional (but recommended).



The Original Hilkoil Stainless Steel Hot Water Loop 18S  model  is 18" long, 7" wide.    Ideal for a water tank size of up to 30 gallons.



The Original Hilkoil Stainless Hot Water Loop 24S  model  is 24" long, 7" wide.    Ideal for a water tank between 30 gallons and 60 gallons.



The Original Hilkoil Steel Hot Water Loop 16T  model  is 16" long, 10" wide.    Ideal for a water tank size between 60 gallons and 100 gallons.





The Original Hilkoil Stainless Steel Water Loop 18TL  model  is 18" long, 10" wide.    Ideal for a tank size between 80 gallons and 120 gallons. When a "straight" coil won't fit, this coil with its "L-shaped" nipples usually will.


The Original Hilkoil Steel Water Loop 21T  model  is 21" long, 10" wide.    Ideal for a water tank size between 80 gallons and 120 gallons.





The Original Hilkoil Steel Water Loop 23T  model  is 14" long, 16" wide.    Ideal for hydronic use (baseboard heat), when 2 or 3 units are installed in a hotter-burning stove (such as a coal stove).





The Original Hilkoil Steel Water Loop 31T  model  is 21" long, 17" wide.    The new Hilkoil Baseboard Hot Water Heater, is a high-volume model for providing ample baseboard heat. Ideal for hydronic use.
